Xorventiq S.A. (Tax ID 30-71789456-3), with offices at Av. del Libertador 1234, 8th Floor, Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the controller of the personal data collected through this site.

We collect data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to our newsletter (name and email), as well as technical browsing data (IP address, browser, pages visited) when you grant your consent.
3. Purpose
We use your data to send you information about real estate investment opportunities, comply with legal obligations before the CNV and improve our platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Processing is carried out with your explicit consent (Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection) and for the performance of the pre-contractual relationship you request when subscribing.
5. Retention
We keep your data as long as your subscription remains active and for the periods required by applicable Argentine regulations, in particular CNV regulations.

You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your personal data by writing to privacy@xorventiq.com. The AAIP is the supervisory authority in Argentina.
