1. Acceptance
By using this site you accept these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy of Xorventiq S.A. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
2. Nature of the service
Xorventiq is a real estate collective financing (crowdlending) platform registered with the CNV under No. PFC-0124. It connects investors with real estate development projects in Argentina.
3. Eligibility
To invest you must be 18 years or older, reside in Argentina or meet the applicable requirements for foreign investors, and complete the identification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (UIF) processes.
4. Investment risk
Investments in real estate projects entail risks, including the possible total loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Before investing, read the project documentation in full.
5. Intellectual property
All site contents (texts, logos, graphics, software) are the property of Xorventiq S.A. or its licensors and are protected by Argentine and international legislation.
6. Limitation of liability
Xorventiq acts as a technology intermediary. It does not guarantee specific returns nor assumes liability for the commercial success of the published projects, without prejudice to compliance with CNV regulations.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
